Chocolate Truffle

Another daily journal page for lesson 2 of Kate Johnson's Keeping An Artist's Journal class. I don't think there's anything better than chocolate truffles, and we've just had a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory open up in town. I'm in trouble! The name at the top of the page is cut from the sack and glued on.

Wow, Cheryl. That truffle looks good enough to eat. You did an excellent job on it! Your page is wonderful. Isn't this fun? I have yesterday's page sort of planned. I ran out of time. Obviously I don't have my priorities all lined up right but I did get my favorite pies made - pumpkin. I wait all year for these. I made an apple for my husband. He said "you made TWO pumpkin pies?" to which I replied I intend to eat them for breakfast, snacks and dessert! There are only the two of us here today so it is a lot of pie, lol.

Hope you have a wonderful day.

Excellent journal page, Cheryl! Absolutely mouth-watering version of a truffle, and I don't even like chocolate!
