I used a "two for one" technique to make two cards (this is the second card): I made the patterned paper using a technique I learned from a you-tube video by Ardyth. I die cut the circle with a die from Altenew and used both the positive and negative to make two cards.

March 2026 Altenew Inspiration Challenge Entry #2
I've made a second card for this month's Inspiration Challenge by Altenew. This card uses the Apothecary Garden stamp set for the vase, Sketched Florals stamp set for the flowers, and Butterfly Garden stamp set for the sentiment, all from Altenew. I used Red Cosmos, Summer Afternoon, Glacier Caves, and Frosted Foliage Fresh Dye Inks from Altenew. The glitter that may or may not show up (better in the close up) is a clear Stardust Gelly Roll pen. Sentiment is embossed with Brutus Monroe Fairy Dust embossing powder over Altenew Eucalyptus and Tsukineko Versamark inks. Splatters and top border are watercolor. Bottom section is stenciled with Chunky Chevron from The Crafters Workshop.

Freshly Made Sketches #728 - Card 3
My third card for this week's Freshly Made Sketches Challenge was also inspired by a video I watched by Therese Calvird of Lost In Paper. First I colored circles onto cream cardstock with Altenew's Fresh Dye Inks. Then I stamped Altenew's Delicate Bouquet with Versamark ink and embossed with Brutus Monroe's Gilded embossing powder. I die cut Altenew's Fancy Hello from paper I'd embossed with the same Gilded embossing powder. I layered the die onto 2 more layers of dies I cut from black cardstock, offsetting a bit for a shadow. I edged the panel with more embossing and glued it to my card.
Freshly Made Sketches #728 - Card 2
My second card for this week's Freshly Made Sketches Challenge was also inspired by a video I watched by Therese Calvird of Lost In Paper. First I colored circles onto cream cardstock with Altenew's Fresh Dye Inks. Then I stamped Altenew's Hellebore Haven with Versafine Onyx Black ink and embossed with Brutus Monroe's Fairy Dust embossing powder. I used a sentiment from Altenew's Sketched Florals. I edged the panel with more embossing and glued it to my card.

Freshly Made Sketches #728 - First Entry
I've made three cards already for this week's Freshly Made Sketches Challenge. First up is this one, using these products from Altenew: Build-A-Garden: Glowing Gardenias Stamp Set for the flowers, Delicate Bouquet for the sentiment, and Fresh Dye Inks from Shades of Purple and Red Cosmos sets. I also used Brutus Monroe Fairy Dust Embossing Powder - hopefully you can see the glitter in the second picture. The sentiment was die cut with a Double Stitched Elongated Oval from Pinkfresh Studio. #FMS728

March 2026 Altenew Inspiration Challenge Entry
Here is my first card for this month's Inspiration Challenge from Altenew. I used their Floral Radiance stencils for the flowers and leaves, Iridescent Crystal Gem Sparkles for the flower centers, Birthday Builder Stamp Set for the sentiment, and several of their inks. I also used the Chunky Chevron stencil from The Crafter's Workshop for the background and Brutus Monroe Fairy Dust Embossing Powder on the sentiment. I was primarily inspired by the colors and the geometric pattern of the tiles on the table in the inspiration photo. I don't have any vase stamps (yet).
