I enjoyed painting the sunset for my class - An Imaginary Visit to the Beach - so much that I wanted to paint it again in my regular journal. I'll write about it on the facing page.
These eventide paintings are very pretty. You seem to be going ahead in leaps and bounds and with much more confidence than a couple of years ago. It's great to see your progress. I hope you really do call yourself an artist now.
I'm following your imaginary trip to the beach class. Looks like a good workout in watercolor technique. Your 'suggested anatomy' came out very believable.

Your "eventide" is so pretty...I am going to have to redo mine as it is still my least favorite from our class.
