Christmas without Lucky

Our first Christmas in many years without our beloved cat Lucky has me sad today. It's been long enough (since June) that I don't think of him every day, but today, when I got out the tree skirt, it was covered in cat hair.

That's the hardest - those unexpected little reminders that blindside you. Focus on the good memories, Cheryl!

Hope you and yours have a wonderful holiday!

Hi Cheryl,

I'm so sorry about your cat. My dog just died this Friday, Dec. 18th, and I'm so heartbroken and sad. This will be our first Christmas without her in about 12 years. So, I know exactly how you feel. It's so hard. My heart is with you. In spite of the sad memories, may you and your family have a Merry Christmas.

We do love our pets so much. Remember the good times, Cheryl, and the great life Lucky had with you. All the very best for Christmas and I hope 2010 will be a fabulous year for you. Carol xx

Hi, Cheryl. Lucky told me to write to you and send some warm virtual hugs and kisses. He wants you to know that he loves you and will miss being with you this Christmas. He also said to send magic to help you in all you do in the coming year.

You are loved.
Merry Christmas!
