Packing for a Trip

I really like my new suitcase that I've got all packed and ready to go in the morning.

The writing on the page says, "We are leaving in the morning to take Brian & Jessica to Harpers Ferry, WV, where they will start their hike on the Appalachian Trail. We will then go on to the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

I bought this suitcase awhile back, and it's by far the best one I've ever owned."

I've always wanted to own a red suitcase. But, my black one is so sturdy, it's still holding on. Good luck to Brian and Jessica on their hiking trip. I read Bryson's book of his experience hiking the A. T. He made it sound so majestic and a mighty effort at the same time.

Great drawing. I have a cheap, ugly, vinyl suitcase that thinks it's made of steel as it has lasted for 25 years and shows little sign of wear. Hope you get to enjoy yours for a long time.

Hiking the Trail sounds scary and exciting both. It also sounds like a lot of work. Did you stick a drawing pad in their packs?
